Hand built bowl, hollow on the inside, using kurinuki, and carving technique. Raw river clay slip used in an intense drying process to stretch the clay giving a unique texture and glossy green moss glaze on the inside.

Moss river bowl was made with commercial and wild foraged local clay to capture inspiration found down by the canning river in the Perth hills. 

Bringing your awareness to the natural environment where the artist lives and inspires her work.
